RETURN POLICY 

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

1. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a good condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To return a product, email customer service at support@agodeo.com. You can send the product back by mailing it to one of the four addresses as mentioned, depending on where you are located. In addition to Amazon FBA in the US and one warehouse in Chicago, we also have Bol (LVB) and another warehouse in Utrecht, the Netherlands. 3. REFUNDS

After receiving your return in good condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange has been processed. 

4. EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@agodeo.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
